Business Owner![]() Randy grew up in the small Texas town of Lometa. After high school, he went to work in the oilfield, where he began developing his strong work ethic. On his “off weeks” he started painting with his father-in-law. He began working construction during the lean oil years. Randy moved to Brenham in 1997. He went to work for Mr. Olsen in Washington County doing remodeling, add-ons and painting. Together they started Integrity Works in 2004. In 2005 Mr. Olsen was ready to move on to another calling, so Randy became the sole proprietor of Integrity Works. Under Randy’s leadership, the company has grown from Randy and one helper to a work force of over 25 employees. Active in his community, Randy has served on the Board of Directors of Freedom Hill and is a very active member of Grace Community Fellowship. He loves hunting, fishing and camping and you will find Randy cheering with the fans at every Brenham Cub football game! |
